NOTIFIES BROKER OF ACCOUNT MANAGER'S NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS.

RECEIVES THE IMPORTER?S REQUEST SUBMITTED VIA A PAPER ACE 5106. THE
ACE 5106 INCLUDES THE IMPORTER'S CURRENT INFORMATION INCLUDING THE
IMPORTER'S IR NUMBER, NAME AND ADDRESS. TION INCLUDING THE IMPORTER?S
NAME, AND ADDRESS.
VERIFIES THE ACE 5106 DATA WITH THE IMPORTER
ENSURES THAT A VALID POWER OF ATTORNEY IS ON FILE FOR THIS
IMPORTER
VERIFIES THAT THE IMPORTER HAS A VALID ACTIVITY CODE TYPE 1 CONTINUOUS
BOND (CB) ON FILE WITH CBP.
ENSURES THAT THE ACE 5106 DATA MATCHES THE PAPER CB
IF THE PAPER CB AGREES WITH THE ACE 5106 DATA:

SENDS AN EMAIL MESSAGE WITH THE IR NUMBER(S) OF THE IMPORTER WHO
WISHES TO PARTICIPATE IN PMS AS A NON-PORTAL ACCOUNT TO THE REVENUE
DIVISION AT THE FOLLOWING EMAIL ADDRESS:

SENDS A CARBON COPY OF THAT EMAIL MESSAGE TO THE IMPORTER?S CBP ACCOUNT

AND THE IR NUMBER(S) IT WANTS TO ACTIVATE FOR PMS TO THE REVENUE

SENDS A CARBON COPY OF THAT EMAIL TO THE IMPORTER'S ACCOUNT MANAGER,

DIRECTLY TO CBP. IMPORTER APPLIES BY SENDING EMAIL SPECIFYING THAT IT
IS A C-TPAT CERTIFIED PARTNER AND THE IR NUMBERS (S) THAT IT
THAT EMAIL TO ITS ACCOUNT MANAGER. FAXES A COPY OF THE C-TPAT LETTER
TO THE REVENUE DIVISION AT (317) 614-4517. NOTE: THE IMPORTER WILL ONLY
BE ABLE TO VIEW STATEMENTS FOR THOSE IR NUMBERS THAT ARE PART OF THE
ACCOUNT STRUCTURE. IR NUMBERS THAT ARE NOT PART OF THE ACCOUNT
STRUCTURE ARE NON-PORTAL ACCOUNTS.

SPECIFYING THAT THE ACCOUNT IS A C-TPAT CERTIFIED PARTNER AND THE
