SUBJECT: INTERMITTENT/INCOMPLETE ABI PROCESSING PROBLEM

ABI FILERS SHOULD BE AWARE THAT, SINCE FEB 4, 2007, THERE HAS BEEN
A SMALL NUMBER OF ABI TRANSACTIONS THAT DID NOT PROCESS COMPLETELY.
FILERS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO MONITOR THEIR TRANSMISSIONS TO ABI
AND SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE A REPLY FOR EVERY INPUT. IF AN EXPECTED
REPLY IS NOT FOUND (ACCEPTANCE OR REJECTION), FILERS SHOULD CONTACT
THEIR ASSIGNED ABI CLIENT REP TO HAVE ANY UNPROCESSED TRANSACTION
REVIEWED. THE CLIENT REP WILL ADVISE THE FILER WHAT COURSE OF ACTION
TO FOLLOW FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL TRANSACTION THAT HAS NOT COMPLETED.
