HSU 0801 HARMONIZED SYSTEM UPDATE

1. This update includes changes made as a result of the H.R. 5264, Public Law 110-191, ANDEAN TRADE PRFERENCE ACT OF 2008, which extended the ATPA (SPI J) and ATPDEA (SPI J+) trade programs for eligible countries until 12/31/2008.
2. This update may contain changes required by the verification of the 2008 Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS). We will continue to verify the 2008 HTS for the remainder of the year.
