ABI application WP used by the trade to obtain FDA prior notice confirmation numbers is not currently working. The transmissions receive responses but the information is not being sent to FDA and, therefore, no confirmation numbers are being returned to the filer. The problem is being investigated.
Until the problem is corrected, the filers may transmit their FDA/BTA information through the ABI entry transmission or through the FDA website (PNSI).
