ACE is currently experiencing a nationwide problem impacting both CBP and the Trade. CBP users are having difficulty processing cargo. Additionally, Trade users (both EDI and Portal) are having difficulty submitting e-Manifests and receiving messages from ACE.
The current resolution is expected in 1 hour (14:54 EDT). Updates will follow if necessary.
