Effective on Friday, May 30, 2008 a new toll free phone number will be available to access the CBP Technology Support Center. Calls to the old numbers will be automatically redirected. Those numbers will be phased out in the near future.
Requests for support from external trade clients, service centers, and Participating Government Agancies should be directed to 1-866-530-4172.
Issues of lesser importance may be reported via email to CBP.Technologu.Support@DHS.gov.
