ACE is currently experiencing a nationwide problem impacting both CBP and the Trade. All users are unable to access ACE. Additionally, Trade users are not able to submit e-manifests at this time via the Portal. EDI messages are able to be sent to ACE. We currently expect service restoration no later than 13:00 EDT. If this does not occur, we will provide further instructions at that time.
