ACE is currently experiencing a nationwide problem in which all users are unable to access ACE. Additionally, users are not able to submit e-manifests at this time via the Portal. This issue is only impacting the ACE Portal. E-manifest can still be submitted via EDI. The root cause of this issue is actively under investigation.
