Trouble Ticket # 2965191

ACE was experiencing a nationwide problem in which all users were unable to access ACE. Additionally, users were not able to submit e-manifests via the Portal. This issue was only impacting the ACE Portal. E-manifest could still be submitted via EDI.

Service Restoration occurred at approximately 20:27 EDT.
