At approximately 13:30 EDT, ACE users begin experiencing slow system response when logging into ACE. This issue is impacting both CBP and Trade users. Field users can still access trip processing and Trade users can still submit manifest via the ACE Portal but they may experience system slow response in the process. We expect service to be restored by 14:30 EDT. Updates will follow if necessary.
