At approximately 13:15 EDT, ACE users begin experiencing slow system response when logging into ACE. Trade users can still submit manifest via the ACE Portal but they may experience system slow response in the process of creating an E-manifest. EDI manifest submission is not impacted by the issue. We expect service to be restored by 14:05 EDT. Updates will follow if necessary.
