At approximately 14:05 EDT, ACE users are still experiencing slow system response when logging into ACE. This issue is still impacting both CBP and Trade Users. Field and Trade users can still access ACE but they may experience system slow response in the process. We expect service to be restored by 14:50 EDT. Updates will follow if necessary.
