Friday, September 5, 2008 15:22 EDT start time. ACE is currently experiencing a nationwide problem impacting entry releases. Release messages from ACE have not been received in ACS since approximately 0500 EDT. Currently, entries that are being released in ACE are not showing up as released in ACS.
We are currently investigating this issue and the expected service restoration time is approximately 16:52 EDT. If this does not occur, we will provide further instructions at that time.
