Friday, September 5, 2008 15:22 EDT start time. ACE is still experiencing a nationwide problem impacting entry releases. Brokers have not received release messages since approximately 0500 EDT. We are currently investigating this issue and once the issue is resolved there will be a high increase in release messages sent. E-manifest submission is not impacted by this issue. E-manifest can still be submitted by the Trade via the portal and via EDI.
The expected service restoration time is approximately 17:30 EDT. If this does not occur, we will provide further instructions at that time.
