Delays with ACE processing have been reported.
At approximately 03:55 EDT, ACE users begin experiencing slow system response in ACE. Trade users can still submit manifest via the ACE Portal but they may experience system slow response in the process of creating an E-manifest. EDI manifest submission is not impacted by the issue. We expect service to be restored by 05:23 EDT. Updates will follow if necessary.
