At approximately 03:55 EDT, ACE users experienced slow system response in ACE. Trade users could submit manifest via the ACE Portal but experienced system slow response in the process of creating an E-manifest. EDI manifest submission was not impacted by the issue. Service was restored at 05:05 EDT
