Trade users are experiencing difficulty creating and submitting a manifest in ACE. When users try to create a manifest they get an invocation target exception error. This issue is only impacting the ACE Portal. E-manifest can still be submitted via EDI. This problem is currently being investigated and service restoration time is TBD.
