Trouble Ticket # 3058683
Trade users were experiencing difficulty creating and submitting a manifest in ACE. When users tried to create and/or submit a manifest, ACE was experiencing errors. This issue was only impacting the ACE Portal. E-manifest could still be submitted via EDI.
Service restoration occurred at 13:00 EDT.
