Trouble Ticket # 3062136
Due to networking issues, Trade users were unable to log into the ACE system. When users tried to log in, they received the “Page cannot be displayed” error message. This issue was only impacting the ACE Portal. E-manifest could still be submitted via EDI. Service restoration occurred at 842 EDT.
