The changes recently completed include additional modifications made as a result of the 484(f) Committee, the Committee for Statistical Annotation of Tariff Schedules. These changes are effective 01/01/09.
This update also contains changes required by the verification of the 2008 Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS), and we will continue to verify the 2008 HTS for the remainder of the year.
The updated records are currently available to all ABI participants and can be retrieved electronically via the procedures indicated in the CATAIR.
