As of approximately 3:30 PM, users are experiencing difficulty submitting e-manifests to CBP via the ACE Secure Data Portal.
Users have reported receiving system lock messages when they attempt to file e-manifests.
Additionally, users who are attempting to file e-manifests via EDI may experience a delay in receiving EDI response messages.
Technical teams are currently investigating the issue. Further updates will be sent as information becomes available.
