As of approximately 5:15 PM, the ACE Support Team has resolved the issue of users receiving system lock messages when trying to file e-manifests via the ACE Secure Data Portal.
Also as of approximately 5:15 PM, users who have been attempting to submit e-manifests via EDI should begin to receive EDI response messages.
