ACE reports users may experience difficultly retrieving data in the ACE Reporting tool for data loaded before January 19, 2009. CBP is currently investigating the issue and estimates that data loaded before January 19, 2009, will be restored by 21:00 EDT. Data between January 19 and January 24, 2009 will still remain static for all ACE reports. We estimate that all data will be fully updated on January 27, 2009.
