ACE Trouble Ticket # 3294142
ACE users, both CBP and Trade, are unable to log into the ACE Portal. Additionally, Trade users were not able to submit e-manifests via the Portal. EDI was able to be sent to ACE.
Service restoration was Restored at 4:51PM EDT.
