As of approximately 11:00AM EST today, users nationwide reported an inability to login to the ACE Portal. This issue was occurring intermittently until approximately 12:30PM EST.
The issue has been resolved as of 12:30PM. Users are now expected to be able to login to the ACE Portal as usual.
Users attempting to file e-manifests via EDI were not impacted by this issue.
