As of approximately 5:00 PM EST users are reporting slow responses while working in the ACE portal.
Users may have difficulty filing e-manifests via the ACE portal. However, users who are attempting to file e-manifests via EDI are not impacted at this time.
Technical teams are currently investigating the issue. Further updates will be provided as information becomes available.
