Title:ACE Service Delays

Trade users are experiencing slow response and errors when creating and submitting e-Manifests. If the user logs out and back into ACE, they may be able to create and submit a manifest. This issue is only impacting the ACE Portal. E-manifest can still be submitted via EDI.

The ACE Support team is currently investigating the issue and updates will follow as necessary.
