ACE is currently experiencing a nationwide problem impacting the Trade. Users are receiving a “page cannot be displayed” message when trying to access ACE via the Portal. Trade users cannot submit e-Manifest via the ACE portal. EDI is not impacted by this issue. We currently expect service restoration at 13:00 EDT. If this does not occur, we will provide further instructions at that time.
