Access to ABI has been intermittent today, May 18. The Data Center is aware of the problem and a ticket has been opened and is under processing to restore full access to ABI by the trade. Until full access is restored, filers may experience ongoing interruptions in connections when they attempt to sign on to the VPN. Customs apologizes for any delays caused by the temporary VPN outage.
