Beginning on Sunday, July 5, 2009 the Client Representatives in Detroit and Otay Mesa will no longer be staffing their offices in the evenings.
The new Client Rep Office hours for Detroit and Otay Mesa will be a normal business day, Monday through Friday.
The two offices will change to a normal day shift due to the lack of activity between 1800 and 2400 hours.
The procedure currently in place for reporting trouble and issues has not changed. You will still contact the Technology Support Center as is current procedure.
