New information is now available to assist all ACE report users when running ACE Reports. Simply launch the reporting tool; select the “+” beside Public Folders and then select “Help”. Users will see two help sources. The first source is the ACE Portal Reports Dictionary which defines the most frequently run ACE reports by account type for trade and by CBP and PGA user. Since the ACE Portal Reports Dictionary is quite large, users will need to wait a few seconds for it to completely load. The second source is the Reports User Guide which contains step by step instructions for running ACE reports. The Reports User Guide is currently available for trade and CBP only.
