We recently sent a notice to you via Customs and Border Protection's Cargo Systems Messaging Service regarding a second public meeting at APHIS Headquarters to discuss adjustments to the user fee regulations. For those who may not be able to travel to Riverdale, Maryland, next Tuesday for this meeting, we have again set up a conference call number to enable you to participate by phone.
