The President issued an Executive Order, excusing executive branch non-Postal Service employees from duty for the last half of the scheduled workday on Christmas Eve, December 24, 2009. As a result, there may be limited service available at your port on the afternoon of December 24th.
December 24th is not a holiday for entry summary filing/duty payment purposes. Please check with your local port for their hours of operation on this afternoon.
