Deployment of ACE Entry Summary, Accounts and Revenue (ESAR III) capabilities relating to the filing and processing of AD/CVD entries and Case Management has been postponed while U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) continues its testing of the software. The rescheduling of the deployment of these new capabilities will be announced in a future message. During this delay, existing ACE summary filers are encouraged to continue to prepare and test their systems.
