U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has decided to postpone the deployment of ACE Entry Summary, Accounts and Revenue (ESAR III) capabilities relating to the filing and processing of AD/CVD entries and Case Management due to extreme weather conditions in the Washington, D.C. area. The A2.3.1.a release will NOT be deployed on February 7, 2010. The rescheduling of the deployment of these new capabilities will be announced in a future message.
