Attn: ACE Entry Summary Filers and Software Developers
The ACE Entry Summary, Accounts and Revenue (ESAR III) capabilities relating
to the filing and processing of AD/CVD entries and Case Management will be deployed this weekend. A CSMS message will be issued when the deployment has been concluded, the system has been tested with live data, and ACE Production is up and running.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Once the ACE production system is brought back up on February 14, 2010 ALL AE transactions MUST be filed using the new record formats.

Once the deployment has concluded and the system is brought back up, any ACE entry summaries (AE transactions)filed using the current record formats will be rejected.
