There is a problem with an MQ Client router at the CBP data center, preventing successful EDI data connections for trade clients assigned to that router. Not all trade participants are affected, but there is no work-around for those who are. Trade participants should revert to their back-up plans, e.g. ACE Portal for truck manifest filing. The problem is being addressed and we will issue another CSMS message when it has been corrected.
