On September 1, 2009, U.S. Customs and Border Protection notified all users that they had discovered an issue with the entry summary count in Quick View Reports. The number of entry summaries was correct when running the filer Activity Summary – Top 5 HTS Number report. For all other Quick View reports for filers and importers, the number of entry summaries was potentially overstated when the report was run. CBP has now corrected this issue. The number of entry summaries is correct in all Quick View reports for both filers and importers.
