To: ABI Remote Location Filing (RLF) and Electronic Invoice Program (EIP) Filers
CSMS message number 05-000175 has been rescinded. Effective immediately, EIP/RLF filers are no longer required to indicate in the electronic invoice transmission that a textile country of origin declaration is on file and readily available to CBP upon request.
