As published in the Federal Register notice dated May 5, 2010 (Vol. 75, No. 86, pages 24392-24393), the closing of the CBP Drawback Center located at the Port of Los Angeles-Long Beach becomes effective June 4, 2010.
Any drawback claim filed on or after June 4, 2010 must be filed at one of the remaining four CBP Drawback Centers, which are:
