On July 18, 2010, the Importer Security Filing (ISF) system was unavailable for several hours beyond the scheduled maintenance window ending at 3AM. The system was made available again at approximately 8:15AM. All messages that had been queued up during the maintenance window and during the unplanned outage were processed after the system came back online.
