The number of rows available when running an Authorized Data Extract report increased from 1,000,000 to 2,000,000 rows effective August 1, 2010. The data is returned in a raw data format and will need to be saved in an “Excel” or “CSV” format for data manipulation. An Authorized Data Extract report should be used when the data requested in one report exceeds the current data quantity limitation of 65,000 rows. Remember only the Trade Account Owner or the Proxy Trade Account Owner can schedule the Authorized Data Extract reports. Authorized Data Extracts will be returned to your “inbox.” Don't forget to change the "Create Date Begin and End" which defaults to 01/01/2006 01/01/2007 before scheduling the extract. For extract of 1,000,000 rows or larger, we recommend opening them during non-peak hours.
