Harmonized System Update (HSU) 1004 was created on August 19, 2010 and contains 2670 ABI records and 664 harmonized tariff records.
This update contains modifications made as a result of Public Law 111-227, The Manufacturing Enhancement Act of 2010. Please refer to CSMS # 10-000200 for additional, detailed information.
Adjustments required by the verification of the 2010 Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) are also included.
