The revised draft Implementation Guidelines(IGs)for the ACE deployment of Ocean and Rail Manifest (M1) have now been posted to the CBP Website.
These IGs contain updates identified since the February 2, 2010 versions were posted to the website. Changes are identified in the change documents provided with each IG and exist mostly in notes and tables.
Please note that Appendices D and H have undergone change and are now considered complete.
These IGs are not expected to substantially change and are being provided in this manner to allow users sufficient time to identify programming changes.
CBP will identify any additional changes as they occur and will endeavor to retain version control. This version is being identified for CBP purposes as M1 Version 1.3 dated August 2010.
