Based on trade feedback related to CSMS 10-000217, CBP has opted to delay implementation of the fix which would properly reject CAMIR unified manifest with Importer Security Filing (ISF) transactions when an inbond number is not provided for T&E or IE inbond movements. This delay will last a minimum of 60 days to allow trade participants time to modify their programming to comply with the current requirements, which will be enforced upon full implementation of this fix. Another detailed CSMS message will be issued prior to full implementation of this fix.
