The Caribbean Basin Trade Partnership Act (CBTPA), scheduled to expire on September 30, 2010, has been extended for all beneficiary countries until September 30, 2020. A programming change to reflect this extension has been completed.
The extension was included in H.R. 5160: Haiti Economic Lift Program Act of 2010 (Public Law No.111-171), and it was signed by the President on May 24, 2010.
