The Office of International Trade has revised the external Business Rules and Process Documents, (version 3.0). Post Summary Correction (PSC) functionality has not been added into the document since the functionality is not available at this time. Therefore, a list of minor updates has been added at the end of the document in order to assist with finding the immediate updates.
Trade ACE supporting documents include the following:
•Business Rules and Process Document (Trade) Version 3.0 – public version which describes entry summary process in ACE.
•ACE Entry Summary Instructions Version 2.3 – entry summary field descriptions and data requirements.
•CBP Form 7501 TEST – transmittal form to be used during the ACE “test” to submit paper documents to CBP upon request.
•ACE Entry Summary Rejection Response – may be used by the trade to respond to a CBP initiated electronic entry summary rejection. (CBP users should never initiate this form for ACE rejects.)
