A revised CATAIR Chapter allowing ABI filers to submit/modify In-Bond movements for Air AMS was posted to the CBP website on November 9, 2010. The revised CATAIR chapter Air In-Bond (Application identifiers QX/WX) can be found at the following url:

It is anticipated that the functionality will be available for trade testing in mid-January 2011 with an anticipated deployment date to Production 30 days later. An additional CSMS Message will be issued when we have a Production date.
