As scheduled in CSMS 10-000269, the pending Importer Security Filing (ISF) transaction sets' changes will be implemented and effective on January 23, 2011. These changes will be effective in both Certification and in Production. ISF transactions formatted using the old transaction sets which violate the rules of the new transaction sets will be accepted with warnings to allow software providers the time to install the new software for all of their clients. Another CSMS message will be sent to notify trade participants prior to the accepted with warnings messages becoming rejections.
