Due to inclement weather, the Ports of Oklahoma City, 5504, and Tulsa, 5505, were closed on February 1, 2011. In addition, the Port of Dallas/Fort Worth, 5501, operated with essential personnel only on February 1, 2011. Thus, filers in all three ports will be granted an additional day without penalty to pay duties and file entry summaries that were due on February 1, 2011.
